Michelle (a.k.a. – MJ) is a holistic health and wellness specialist, yoga teacher, and whole foods connoisseur. Michelle graduated from the University of Memphis with a B.S. in Psychology, is a certified Health Coach from the Institute of Integrated Nutrition and yoga teacher, RYT 200. The approach to well being and living your best life everyday focuses on the foundations of self-awareness, self-care, and self-discovery through whole mind, body, and spirit nutrition. Michelle educates clients through a journey focused on the way the whole self is nourished through food, work, relationships, exercise and more. The ultimate goal is to help clients discover not only how to live longer but live better by honoring the unique individual with compassion, self love, appreciation and acceptance as they were created. No two people are alike, so just be you, as it is said, everyone else is already taken!
